Red Warning message in the badges app

Troubleshooting: Red Warning "Network Connection is Not Available" is displaying at the top of the badges app.

Red warning bar: "Network connection is not available"


This means you have either not connected your tablet to Wi-Fi or your connection was lost.
  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the tablet to access the home screen.
  2. Click on the Wi-Fi shortcut icon. 

  1. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password if required. 
  2. Click HERE for step by step instructions on connecting to Wi-Fi.
  3. Once you are reconnected, click on the refresh button at the bottom of the kiosk screen to sync the badge prints and portal updates. 
Notes
Note: the refresh button only refreshes the data on that screen. Therefore, to sync user data, you must be on the print kiosk screen or the admin test print screen.
