Troubleshooting: Help, I am logged out of the badges app.
I am logged out of the app
If you click on the badge application and see the log in screen, please log in with one of the following options:
Any admin associated with your event can log in using the same email and password used to log into the admin portal. Note: this information was provided in the badge Welcome email.
Use the support+{company name}@resultsathand.com email and password that was provided in the shipment email sent from Results at Hand.
From Kiosk mode, if you click on the "exit button" in the top right corner of the app 1 time, it will take you to the Configuration screens. If you click on it 2 times, you will see the event selection screen. If you click on it 3 times, it will log you out of the app. Follow the instructions above to log back in.
