Print Quality Tips
If the print quality is not consistent.
You may need to clean the printer roll.
- Open the top of the printer by pulling the 2 side tabs towards you.
- Peel back a piece of the test print or test badge and use it to remove lint or debris from the black roller (found at the top of the printer lid), see images below

There is a red light on the badge printer or the print is not straight
Check the roll alignment
- Open the printer by pulling the 2 side tabs towards you.
- Be sure the black hash marks on the back of the badge roll are lined up correctly under the roll indicator (tab with the yellow triangle). See image 1 below.
- Check to make sure the label roll holder is sitting properly in the printer and into the correct notch in the printer. See image 2 below.

The label is not cutting all the way through.
- If this happens, there may be debris in the way of the cutter. Please contact support@resultsathand.com
