Troubleshooting : There are no badges or users showing in the database

When configuring your tablet/printers, you should see at least one badge and the users you uploaded in the database. If they are not showing, follow the steps below:

1) There are no badges in the database.

If there are no badges showing in the "badge selection" tab, the data needs to sync with the server.

1. Check the Wi-Fi Connection.
   
2. Go back to the printer tab and ensure the printer is selected.
   
3. Click the refresh icon on the badge screen - circled in the image above.
   
4. If your badge still does not show, contact support@resultsathand.com

2) There are no users in the database.

If there are no users showing in the "admin test print" screen, you need to sync the data with the server.

1.  Check the Wi-Fi connection.
   
2. Ensure the users are uploaded in the Results at Hand admin portal.
   
1. The link to the admin portal can be found in your badge Welcome email. Then, go to Users and Teams > Upload Users (or Add Users)
3. Tap the refresh button on the bottom of the screen.
