Printing a Single Badge - NOT for on-site badge printing
To print a single badge from the portal, follow the process below. If you are at the event and need to print badges for new registrants, please follow these instructions.

- From the Side navigation go to Users & Teams > Manage Users
- From the User table, you can search for the attendee.
Once you locate the attendee record on the list, select one of the 2 badge action buttons for that user
- download badge to letter sheet
- download badge
Open the downloaded badge and print
- If you print A above it will open up the export window for you to select the label type and how many badges to "skip" in printing, see image below.

- If you print B above, you will need to print to a single badge printer or print to a sheet and cut the paper accordingly.
If you select b above, we recommend using a printer similar to the Brother QL-810 W Ultra-Fast Label Printer with Wireless Networking. More details can be found on the printer on Amazon. The benefits of this label printer is that it is wireless and it is pretty fast.
