Exporting badges

Exporting Badges - NOT for on-site badge printing

Export Badges

When you are ready to print your badges, in the admin portal go to Badges > Export.  Select the appropriate settings before exporting your badges, see below:

  1.  Badge - Select the badge you want to export
  2. Include Members of these Teams - Select the team/s of users you want to export the badges for. If you want to badges for every user in the system, leave this blank.
  3. Exclude Members of these Teams - Select the teams you do not want to export the badges for.  Keep in mind if a user is on an excluded team and an included team, they will NOT have a badge exported because they are part of the excluded team.
Note: you do not need to include AND exclude teams. For example: if you are printing only the speaker badges - you can select the "speaker" team under the Include section. You do not also need to exclude attendees, exhibitors, etc. Another example: if you want to print all badges except exhibitors - you can leave the "included teams blank and select "exhibitors" from the Exclude team section.
  4. Output Format - Select the format you want to receive the badges in. To print all badges to a badge label sheet, select "badge label sheet" and then select your template, see image below
5. Click the Export Badges button to get your badges.
6. The request will then appear in the Export Requests box and can be downloaded for printing here. The export will also be emailed to you. This can take several minutes depending on the number of users.
