Troubleshooting: How do I exit Kiosk mode to get back to the configuration screen?

To exit Kiosk mode:

Kiosk mode locks down the tablet during event registration. Here is how to exit Kiosk mode to get back to the configuration screens:
  1. Click on the "exit" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Type in the "device specific unlock code" - this is found in the badge's app prior to launching the tablet into kiosk. Or, you can find it in the admin portal by going to Badges > Printer Devices.  You can also use the UNIVERSAL unlock code which was provided in the shipment email, "know before you go" email and during training.



4. As soon as the tablet is "unlocked" you will go directly to the first tab of the configuration steps - selecting the printer and roll.

Note: you should do this prior to each day of your event.
