View Print History from the Badge Kiosk

Tip: View Print History from the Badge Kiosk

When a user prints a badge, they are automatically added to the "checked in" team which can be tracked for attendance purposes in the admin portal (see article on checked in participants) However, there may be times you need to check print history on a specific Badge Kiosk.
Idea
Tip: use this to verify if someone printed their badge or if the checked in history in the portal is not updating.
  1. From the badge kiosk, go to the configuration screens.
Idea
Tip: if you are in Kiosk Mode, you will need to exit by clicking on the exit button in the upper right corner. Then, enter the unlock code.

  1. Tap the last tab on the configuration screen (launch kiosk page)
  1. Click on the View Badge Print List (2 and 2a below)
  2. If you notice your print history does not match the "checked in team" in the portal, you can tap the Manual Sync (1 below) to manually sync the checked in history.
