How do I download my leads after the event?

Troubleshooting: How do I download leads from the CB Scanner app?

Leads can be downloaded 2 ways:

1) CBS app

  1. Click on the "Connections" icon in the CBS app
  2. Click on the "Download" icon to save the contact file to your device
  3. Note: once the file is downloaded, you will need to access the file folder on your device
    1. Apple - look for the "file" folder on your home screen or click on the search button and type "files"
    2. Android - swipe up to search for the file folder and click on "downloads"
  4. Click on the "Share" button to send your contact list via text email, etc.

2) Exhibitor or Sponsor Portal in the Event App

If the Event App (contains all conference details) was included, you can log in and download your connection list from the Exhibitor/Sponsor portal.
  1. Log into the Event app and click on the Exhibitor Portal icon
  2. Click on the Attendee ROI tab and "Download CSV"
  3. This will download an excel file including connections, profile information, your ratings and notes.
