ConferenceBeat Scanner (CBS) Portal Reporting - Lead Retrieval

This article explains the reporting available in the admin portal for lead retrieval

Log into the admin portal and go to CB Scanner > Activity and Metrics

Activity and Metrics

Click on the "Active Users" tab, underlined above.


From this view, you will see each team that had at least one active user in the CBS app with a breakdown as follows:
  1. Team Users - this is the total number of users relating to that team. The first row will always display the total number of active users in the event. Subsequent rows will display total members in each team.
  2. Active Users - this is the total number of active users on each particular team. Active means they preformed some action in the app such as logging in.
  3. Active % - this is the percentage of users who were active on that team in CBS  
As you scroll down on the Active Users tab, you will see the User Menu Request table.
  1. This table will display the user name, company email address and a timestamp of when they were active in the CBS app. This includes each action in the app such as scanning a user.
  2. You can download a record of this table by clicking on the "download CSV file button" underlined above.

Lead Gen KPIs

From the Lead Gen KPI tab, you can access the dashboard, popular leads, and scanner users reports

Dashboard


From the dashboard, you can see 2 views:
  1. Lead Generation by Representative
  2. Lead Generation by Company
Each view will provide metrics on:
  1. Representative or Company (the report metrics are the same categories whether you are on the Rep or Company tab).
    1. The total number of scanners by user or by company
    2. Total number of active users or company
    3. The percentage of active users or companies
    4. Total number of scans
    5. Average number of scans
  2. Leads Generated
    1. Number of users scanned
    2. Total number of scans
    3. Average time a user was scanned
    4. Total number of notes taken
    5. Total ratings given
    6. Average lead rating
  3. Latest Lead Scans
    1. As you scroll down on the table, you will see specifics on
      1. The scanner, scanner company and the lead they scanned
      2. You will also be provided a timestamp of the scan
      3. This report can be downloaded by clicking on the "download CSV file" button, see image below

Popular Leads

  1. Lead Scan Highlights - this will display the total number of Leads (attendees/users) who were scanned, the average times each was scanned and the maximum a person was scanned
  2. Rating Highlights - this will give you an overview on user ratings, average ratings and the highest rating given (max rating)
  3. Scanned Lead Popularity table - shows the scanned user, company and when scanned as well as how many times they were rated and an average rating
    1. This report can be downloaded by clicking on the "download CSV" file button.
Scanner Users

  1. Scanner users Highlights - Total number of scanner users, the average leads they scanned and the most a user scanned
  2. Rating Highlights - This shows the total number of users who rated leads, the average rating given to leads and the max rating given
  3. Note Highlights - Total number of notes saved, the average number of notes and the max number of notes on a lead.
  4. Scanner Users Activity - this table will display the name of the scanner (exhibitor) and the company they are with. You will also be provided the total number of scans, ratings, average rating and notes taken.
    1. You can download this report by clicking on the "download CSV file" button.

      Note: this report may be helpful for a company roll up to see the number of scans per company
