Troubleshooting: I can't log into the ConferenceBeat Scanner (CBS) app

If you are having trouble logging into the ConferenceBeat Scanner app, please try the following:

1) Check to make sure you are in the correct app. 

1.       If you see icons for the agenda, maps, directory, etc. You are in the Conference Event app. 
   
2. The log in screen for the ConferenceBeat Scanner (CBS) app should look similar to the image below
   

2) Check your log in credentials

1. You will use the same email address and password for both the event app and CBS - scanning app.
   

You should log in and create your password in the Event App prior to logging into the Scanning App.

1. If you are logging into CBS prior the event app or your event is not utilizing the event app, click on the "first time logging in?" button 
   
1. This will send a one time verification code to your email address.
   

The verification code will expire in 10 minutes.

1. Type in the verification code to set your password. 
   

If you still experience issues logging in, please contact your event administrator as you may be logging in with a different email than what was used during registration.
