ConferenceBeat Scanning (CBS) - Attendance/CEU tracking Settings

Attendance/CEU Tracking Portal Settings:

To set/update the settings that will be utilized in the CBS app go to CB Scanner > Attendance > Settings in the admin portal.

1. Automatically process scans: select "yes" to process scans in real time. Select "no" to process scans at a later time.
2. Disable check in via the app: This allows you to use both the scanner and in app check in. When "no" is selected, the check in/check out app settings will be available in the portal under Continued Ed > Check in and Check out.
3. Include confirmation: this setting is not currently available in the CBS app
4. Select which sessions to show in CBS
   1. All Active Sessions - if this is selected ALL session in the agenda will be available in CBS
   2. Specific Active Sessions - this allows you to choose certain session types to display in the CBS app
5. Session types: choose from sessions that can be evaluated, special sessions or sessions with educational credits. If one of these settings are selected, only those sessions will show for selection in the scanning app.
6. Click "update" to save settings.
