Session Favorites
As an app administrator, you have the option to pre-populate your users' agenda favorites, or their personal agendas. This is useful if your attendees have already registered for certain sessions. To get started, in the admin portal, click Agenda->Session Favorites->Manage Favorites as shown in the screen shot below.

The manage favorites screen displays a table that lists all of the the sessions that have been included in a user's personal agenda (Favorites). From this screen you can:
- Per-Session Counts - Shows the number of users who have favorited each session
- Upload Favorites - Create preset personal schedules for users. The personal schedule can also be created during the Upload User process, by simply adding the session IDs to the user records during upload. This is the preferred method of setting personalized agenda for users.
- Download Favorites to see how many users have personal agendas set or to gauge the most popular sessions.
- Settings - Allows the admin to set whether or not users can add or remove favorties and customize the labels and headers.
- Add a Favorite for one person
- Add/Edit multiple favorites for one person
- Update the Favorites settings for how you want your attendees to see the personal schedule.
Per-Session Counts

This table shows the number of users "seats" favorited for each session. When clicking on the magnifying glass next to the session, it will take you to the session favorite list for that session. You can also see "seats" that were purchased in registration; paid, in progress or through invoice.
Upload Favorites
You can create personal agendas (preset schedules) for all of your attendees. In the admin portal, click Agenda -> Session Favorites -> Upload Favorites. You will be presented with the following screen:

The required fields for upload are as follows:
- User Identifier: Recommended field is email. However, you can use "your user ID" (titled External Member ID in the User Profile page). Note: If you did not upload your user with the user uploader, then you cannot use it as an identifier here.
- Session Identifier: Recommended field is Our Session ID. This is the ID assigned by the app platform. You can download the sessions to obtain the ID. If you uploaded your sessions with "Your Session ID", then you can use this to identify the session. If neither of these are available for each session, then include the session name, session start time, and session end time. Note: If EACH session as a unique name (i.e., the session "Breakout Session" isn't repeated on the agenda at different times), then you can simply provide the session name as the session identifier.
- Assignment: You can assign a user to a table, group, zone, etc. with this field.
For each session the user is assigned to, there is a separate record in the upload file. For example if kim@resultsathand.com has 3 agenda items on her personal schedule, then the below would be an appropriate upload CSV table:

After you have finished your file, ensure it is saved as a CSV and click the Select File button to upload your file. Follow the prompts through the uploaded process to match your columns, review the upload, and complete the upload.
Add a Favorite
When you click the Add Favorite button, you can add a session to the user's personalized agenda. You can also assign the user to a table, group, area, zone, etc. within that session. The screenshot below shows how to add a session favorite for a user:

- In the User Field, start by typing an existing user's name and select the user from the list.
- In the Session Field, select the session you want to make a favorite from the dropdown list.
- In the Assignment Field, you have the option to enter an assignment to add the user to a table, group, or zone, etc.
- Click the Add Favorite button to save the session favorite.
Add/Edit Multiple Favorites
When you click the Add/Edit Multiple Favorites button you can add multiple session favorites to one attendee.

- Select the user you want to add/edit favorites for by starting to type the name then select the name from the populated list.
- Click the Edit user button to select the favorites.
- Select/De-select the session favorites by checking the checkboxes in the image below. Make sure to click the Update Session Favorites button at the bottom of the screen to save the favorites.
