How do I edit the agenda?
When making edits to a previously uploaded agenda, there are 2 options:
1) Uploading Updates
Session updates can be completed via upload using the R@H session ID or the "Your session ID" if one was used in the initial upload.
- Use the exact file used to originally upload or download the agenda from the portal by going to Agenda > Download Sessions

- When the file is downloaded, each session will be assigned an R@H session id. This is unique to each session and can be used to upload quick updates for a specific session or sessions.

- Include the R@H session ID and/or the Your Session ID as well as any of the information needed to update the session. This might include items such as: room locations, speaker details, descriptions, credit values, etc.
2) Manual Updates
If you need to make a quick update to one session such as a room location and/or speaker, you can use the action icons next to the session for quick manual updates. Go to Agenda > Manage Sessions
- The Action Legenda (red arrow above) will provide details on each icon.
- Active: this will make the session inactive or active. If the session is inactive, it will not display in the app
- Speaker: clicking on this icon allows you to add and remove speakers for the session
- Clock (times and rooms): this allows you to update the session time and location (room)
- Paperclip (attachments): this takes you to the session attachments included for the session
- People (favorited): shows the session favorites
- Graph (evaluations): shows the evaluation results
- Trashcan (remove): this will remove the session
