Onsite Badge Printing - Supplies

Below are some recommended badge holders, card stock companies and replacement rolls (if using a badge subscription).

Badge Holders - If you are using the printed label as an insert. Please keep in mind any holder purchased must have an INTERNAL dimension the size of the label. Otherwise, you risk the badge being too large for the holder.

4 x 3 Badge

  1. Holder requirements: For a 4 x 3 badge (horizontal): 

    If you are are printing a 4x3 badge, the internal dimensions of the opening needs to be 4.25 in (107 mm) x 3 ins.

4 x 6 Badge

  1. Holder requirements: For a 4 x 6 badge (vertical): 

    If you are are printing a 4x6 badge, the internal dimensions of the opening needs to be 4.25 in (107 mm) x 6 ins.

2.4 x 4 (or other custom dimension)

Holder requirements: For a 2.4 badge, this is a required dimension along one side either length or width. The other dimension can be custom but is typically 4in. Note: this should be used as a sticker label on a badge template - not in a badge holder.  see below

Create your own Badge Stock (the printed label would be placed on the ordered stock). Coming soon: badge stock created and ordered through R@H.

Badge stock - this can be ordered and customized to add color and branding to your badge holder. Any custom template will work as long as the dimensions for the sticker opening are correct based on your badge label.

Printer replacement rolls - you will only need to purchase replacement rolls if you have an annual badge subscription.
