Add an iFrame (Google Map) in CKEditor (WYSIWYG rich text editor)

The CKEditor (WYSIWYG rich text editor) now has the capability to add iFrames such as, Google Maps, to your event.  

Add a Google Map 

To add a Google map, click on the world icon highlighted in the screen shot below:

You are presented with the iFrame Properties box shown below.  In this properties box you need to put the embedded URL and the Name of the map.

To get the embedded URL link, go to the map in Google Maps and click the Share link as highlighted in the screenshot below:

In the pop up box, click Embed a Map, then the Copy HTML. 

Paste the HTML code in to a MS Word or text editor to copy the embed link as highlighted in yellow below.  Make sure you get the entire link.

Copy the highlighted link and paste into the URL field in the iFrame properties box.  Also, give the map a name in the Name field.  Click Ok to save the link. 

The map can now be viewed in the app in the specified agenda session:
