Evaluation Results

Evaluation results are visible for both the event evaluation and all session evaluations. For evaluation creation, see the article "Evaluation Creation - Session and Event"

From the Evaluations section in the admin portal, click the tab labeled Results. The results can be viewed as a summary, by respondent, or as an in-depth list.

Summary

The summary page shows participation and coverage statistics along with a summary of each question for the event evaluation and a summary of each question answered for each session evaluation.  You can download a CSV file for each set of results too.   You can also Download a detailed report or summary report PDF by selecting the green buttons below the Help Button.

1.  A detailed or summary pdf report can be requested by clicking the green buttons on the right hand side of the screen, as indicated in the screenshot above.

2.  To see what reports were requested, in the admin portal click on Evaluations -> Results -> Requests, as indicated in the screenshot below:

Respondents

To see who responded to each evaluation, in the admin portal click on Evaluations - > Results -> Respondents, as indicated by 1 in the screenshot below.  You will see the name and e-mail of the person who responded along with all the session evaluations that were completed.  It also shows whether the event evaluation was completed under General Completed column.

A CSV file of the respondents can be downloaded by clicking the download CSV button.  See 2, in the screenshot below.

In Depth List

To see the results for each evaluation, click the In-Depth List tab (see item 1 below), select the evaluation of interest and then the action icon labeled View / Go To. A new screen will appear listing each question and the percentage of responses for each.
