Changing User Passwords

To change a passcode for a user, you must perform the following steps:

Step 1: Go to "Users and Teams" and click on "Manage Users."

Step 2: Use the search field to find the user whose passcode you wish to change. When you find the desired user, click on the magnifying glass to access that user's settings.

Step 3: Locate the "Change Passcode" field, and type in the desired passcode. (Note: If you erase the passcode in this field, the user will have to set-up a new passcode when they attempt to log-in again)

Step 4: When you have finished changing the user's passcode, please scroll down and click on the green "Update User" button to save your changes.

The user's passcode has now successfully been changed.

NOTE: if the user is an ADMIN, you will need to change this by going to Users and Teams > Admin Users > Edit > Change Password
